Yosuke had been heading to work and when he went through the door, he ended up in a bar instead.

This is not as shocking as it could have been. When you enter a tv a lot and end up in another world, a small thing like a bar isn't that confusing. Yosuke's a little annoyed because he'll be late for work, but that's alright. Maybe he can enjoy himself here.

He is trying to figure out how he can order alcohol without getting carded, standing by the bar itself as he does so. Because all regular teenagers do that, right? And he must try to appear regular.

Sitting on a stool is a woman in a black knee-length skirt with a blue blouse, unbuttoned just a bit to show her rather-ample chest, blue Converse and black tights, stirring a cup of tea and looking more than a bit bored with herself. In front of her is a container of Sake, along with its corresponding tiny cup.

She looks up as he arrives, eyebrows going up into her blue hair. Interesting.

Yosuke is in a bit of shock, to say the least. He almost didn't recognize her because of the way she was dressed, but he knows her. Well, he knows a her, but what he doesn't know is that she is not the same Naoto as the one at his home.

He highly regrets that he's in his work clothes. They are nothing compared to her and he looks like a goddamn dork, especially compared to her.

"Whoa, what happened to the boy act?"

"Act, Hanamura?" She crosses her legs, raising an eyebrow at him. "It is hardly an act. That is a part of me, I thought you knew that."

There's a smirk on her face. It's obvious to her that this is somehow not the Yosuke-senpai that she knows, and something is making her want to tease him a bit.

"Although, as you are not the Hanamura I know from home, perhaps you do not know me at all."

Aww. She didn't rise up to the taunt, but Yosuke does well at hiding his disappointment. He used to be terrible at covering his emotions, but all that changed when he started needing to cover his tracks.

"Then who am I?"

"I am uncertain." She looks at him, pointing as she speaks. "You carry yourself differently than the Yosuke-senpai I know. You are both more confident and less confident. It is... quite intriguing."

"I'm glad I intrigue you," Yosuke says and sits on the stool next to her. "Catching the detective's attention is a compliment."

"So, Senpai that does not seem to be from my version of events, tell me about yourself." She leans forward, her cleavage on display for him.

His eyes immediately go to her breasts and it's hard to tear his gaze away, but somehow he manages it. "I'm just an everyday Joe, man. Except for the personas."

He's completely lying.

"You're lying through your teeth, Senpai." She leans back, crossing her arms across her chest in a way that somehow enhances what he's seeing. "What are you not telling me?"

"You're a detective," Yosuke says, with a smirk directed at her. "Why don't you figure it out?"

She brings a hand to her chin, thinking for a moment. "First, you are more dangerous than you are letting on." She points at his pocket. "You rarely carry around your Kunai back home, but here, you are."

"You never know when you might need to be prepared."

Yosuke smiles.

[shiroganeheir]

"Hm. But prepared for what, one might ask?" She grins a bit. "I think this particular version of you is, shall we say, more intimately acquainted with the case than my version is."

It had not taken much to get Naoto ready to go back with Yosuke to his world. A shoulder-length wig, some makeup, and her girl clothes, and she barely looks like the tiny detective that Yosuke's Inaba would know. Her hat tucked into a bag, along with some other clothes, and she's ready to head out the door with him.

When they step into his version of Inaba, she looks around, an amused expression on her face. "This place never changes."

"It's small as fuck, isn't it?" Yosuke rolls his eyes, though he's not as pained by the place as he's pretending to be. "It won't take long to show you around."

"Quite." She looks around. Tiny little things are different, and somehow stick out to her, but it isn't anything truly major. "However, it's really not as bad as we think, is it?" She looks up at him, a bratty smile on her face, and takes his hand.

[magiciansluck]

He holds onto her hand, really liking the look of that smile on her face. "The place? Nah. The people? Some of them aren't so bad, I guess."

But most of them can go to hell.

"But most of them, as we have observed previously, are not really worth the air they breathe." There's a dark look on her face for a moment before it softens. "So, where did you have in mind to go?"

[magiciansluck]

"We should put your stuff back at my house, then we can figure out where to go next?"

He kisses her cheek, because he just feels like it. Hmm.

"That sounds good." She pauses for a moment. "Actually, while I am here, it might be best if you call me Akemi. That was my mother's name. I would give you my birth name, but some people might recognize it."

[magiciansluck]

"Akemi," he says, trying it out on his tongue. "I can do that. I'd still like to hear your birth name, though."

He wants to know everything he can.

"Noriko." She shrugs. "I only used it for the first about five years of my life before my father started calling me Naoto."

[magiciansluck]

"That's really pretty," Yosuke says, and squeezes her hand a little. "Just like you."

He winks.

[shiroganeheir]

She shakes her head, squeezing his hand back. "Flatterer. Good thing I like you." She stands on her tip toes and kisses him on the cheek.

"Let's go so we're not drawing attention in the street."

"Good point. My house isn't too far from here."

As evidenced by the fact it doesn't take long to get there at all. He opens the door quietly, listening before stepping in, to make sure that nobody's home.

"I think the coast is clear."
