Yosuke is starting his new job today and it feels weird. It's not exactly a job he would have picked himself - it was something his dad pushed him into. The whole of college was him being pushed into what his father wanted, and now his job was too. This leaves him a little down about the entire thing but he's trying his best to put on a sunny disposition and a great big smile.
He's working as a clerk in the Junes business headquarters, helping sort out sales numbers. It's after lunch and he needs some help with it, so he's waiting for the assigned secretary to show up.

However as soon as she looks up over the papers, she almost drops them. "Oh! ... Senpai." Naoto is wearing a shoulder-length black wig, as well as her TV world glasses, looking... rather not like herself. She can't lie to him and pretend she's anyone else. "I... possibly should have looked a bit more at who was in the office I was sent to."

What the hell was going on?

When she turns back to him, her voice is at a more familiar, lower tone. "I am undercover, Senpai. I have been hired to investigate some possible embezzlement going on here. I possibly should get you a more useful secretary."
no subject
Which fucking sucked? How much the IT had split up. Now he has a chance to reconnect, except maybe she has to work her job, so it's unfair to ask this of her.
"Or we could meet after."
no subject
She pauses, and sits down in one of the chairs, kicking her shoes off. "I have missed all of you, to be honest. I, er, have not spoken to anyone from Inaba in quite a while."
A thoughtful moment. "If you would like to meet up later, I would certainly not mind. Company is certainly better than the current run of Featherman."
no subject
He's missed all of them, but for some reason she was a little more special than everyone but Yu. Strange, since they'd never really spent too much time together outside the group.
"We can go out and eat, catch up on everything."

A small, content smile. Yosuke, in all of his silliness, even as much as he tended to put his foot in his mouth, always had a special place in her heart. Why, she never really could put her finger on, but finding him here, now, well, that just made everything better.
"I would like that, Senpai. However, if you do not mind, I would appreciate the chance to go home and change after I am done here. Perhaps meet somewhere at about seven?"

Something in him makes him want to act gentlemany about this, which feels kinda weird.

Retrieving the post-it with her phone number, she writes down an address. "I can call and get us a reservation, and we can meet there?"
no subject
He pauses for a moment. "Also, you don't need to call me senpai anymore. We're not in school. You can call me by my name."
no subject
A pause. "Now about the actual reason you needed me..."

It's only been a day or two so he's still down about it. He's going through the motions of work today, and the day seems to be going so slow.
no subject
Before long, there is a sharp knock at his door.
no subject
Yosuke's not sure who this could be, and so is a little hesitant. He has a nagging feeling that he should know, but he's having such a long day... well.
