Open Souji Post
Every chance he can get, Souji returns to Inaba, to visit friends, to see his uncle and little cousin, but really, above all, he just wants to go home.
He can be found anywhere around town, or even in the City, if you are so inclined.
[OOC: Voicetesting post. Let me know if you'd like a specific starter, or make something up.]

Feel free to assume 'shippy or not. I'm flexible!
I will be in Inaba in a couple weeks, are you possibly going to be in town?

The response comes back faster than it should have- Rise's back to work now, and she hasn't actually spoken to her manager about this. But she'd never miss a chance to see Souji again- just like she'd never miss a chance to text back when her phone chimed that certain special text-tone.

The two weeks pass, and while Souji does make plans with the group, and with other friends, he specifically creates an afternoon where he can just be with Rise.
Precisely on time, he is standing outside of the tofu shop, a cheerful bouquet of flowers in his hand, patiently waiting for her to come out.

[He let out a sigh as he plopped into the chair on his side of the divider, leaning back as far as he could from the glass and staring at the kid on the other side. Well, not so much a kid anymore; still a pain in his ass though.]
What are you even doing here, Yu-kun?
no subject
Expression neutral as always he nods to Adachi calmly.]
Visiting you. I don't exactly know anyone else in jail.
...oops. I'm too used to using Yu.
And why would you do that? Don't you have other people to bother? You interrupted a good nap.
Nah. Don't worry.
[There's a bit of concern on his face. In spite of everything, he's still oddly fond of his uncle's former partner.]
I wanted to check up on you and see how you were doing.
Durp hurp
Why? Want me to do a little dance for you behind my cage?
i stole this prompt from a meme on bakerstreet bwahaha hope it's ok
in a Harlequin twist of eventsyou just as badly need someone to pose as your date.))[He knew Souji was coming back to town, and to say that Yosuke was excited was an understatement. He'd missed his partner, and had made sure to take off from work for at least a day or two to be able to hang out with him while he was in Inaba. Thankfully, there was another event going on in town- another famous idol was performing at a venue in the small city, and it had drummed up quite a bit of attention.
Problem is, it was by invite only. But Yosuke had managed to get a hold of the invited list somehow...and had an idea.
He calls Souji, later that night.]
Yo! Dude, we need to hit that concert over in the Business District! You wanna go?
This is awesome.
When he saw his caller ID, however, a smile crosses his face, and he picks up quickly.]
Well, hello to you too. I didn't realize there was a concert, but sure, I'd like to go. Is it starting soon?
i'm glad you approve!
Yeah, and if we don't hurry, we might miss it. Can you meet me near Aiya in ten? We're gunna have to go over some stuff first.
[It's part of the plan. To get in.]
Apologies if I'm a bit rough. Voicetesting and all.
[Now he's a bit concerned, but this is Yosuke, so he shrugs it off.]
I'll ask when I get there. See you soon.
[And just as he promised, in about ten minutes, he's jogging up to Aiya, relaxing once he gets there, and glancing around for Yosuke, expression calm, but a bit curious.]
oh don't worry! that's what these threads are for!
Glad you made it in time! Are you totally ready for this?
[He sounds so excited.]
no subject
I'll probably be excited when you tell me what's going on. What're you up to?
[He gives him a curious look.]
no subject
[He knows this sounds bad, but he'll get to the good part.]
But I've got a plan to get in!
no subject
And what is this plan?
no subject
[He produces a piece of paper from his pocket, printed from his computer at home. It had a variety of names on it, and behind it was a second piece of paper, an official invite form.]
I managed to score one of these babies! It's our ticket in!
[He hasn't fully read what the piece of paper says though, for the two men on it are supposed to be married...and share the same last name.]
no subject
Did you actually read this? It says that these two guys are married. I... think we have to be a couple to get in.
[There is a bit of an unreadable expression on his face, but it is quickly turning into something very amused.]
no subject
[He reaches out to grab the piece of paper from Souji, reading it over.]
You mean I chose the two gay dudes?! That can't be right-! No, this isn't what it looks like! I wasn't trying anything! [Panic mode.]
no subject
That's a shame. It would be a creative way to try something.
[He shrugs a bit. It could be a lot worse. At least this isn't illegal. He thinks.]
I'd be up for it if you can handle it.
no subject
[But he wants to go. He wants to go to this concert bad, and Souji can probably tell.]
It's too weird!
no subject
[He knows that he's just goading his friend, but a bit of light-hearted teasing is never a bad thing, right?]
It sounds like you really wanted to go, though.
no subject
[He sighs, not surprised things have turned out like this.]
Yeah, I wanna go! But, what if someone sees us?! How am I gunna live that crap down at school?!
no subject
[Souji takes a couple steps towards him.]
If you want to do something, you'll find a way to explain it. Tell people that you're that awesome that you got in anyway.
no subject
Gaaaaaaah! I don't want to think about that kind of stuff!
[He thinks more on it. Would they actually have to do anything weird to prove their "identities" though? Maybe not. He calms down, but only a little bit.]
M-Maybe they'll just ask for our names.
