Me too. It's an awesome moment, and I'm glad we're here.

[Awesome, perfect, a moment Keith wishes would never end. But he hears a twig snap nearby; while he's sure it's just an animal, he's reminded that it's getting late and he doesn't want to risk someone tattling that he's missing.]

Oh, crud. It probably is. I'll get this stuff packed up, and you go back in.

[Matt pulls back, starting to gently put the telescope away.]

I'll talk to Mom and Dad tomorrow about you coming over for that week, ok?

[Keith nods, slowly getting up and stretching a little.]

Okay. Thanks for coming over tonight, Matt...you're the best friend anyone could ask for, you know?

[He tosses the remains of the picnic in the basket and puts everything on his shoulders.]

[Keith slowly lets go of Matt, despite wishing he didn't have to, and quietly slips back towards his window. While none of the caretakers spot him, Franz does, and Keith has to bribe him not to tattle by offering him the first pancake off the stove the next morning and half his share of the bacon.

If I have to grab a snack from a vending machine tomorrow, then fine.]
